Berger Paints India Limited has submitted copies of newspaper advertisements published on 10th April 2026 in Business Standard (English) and Aajkaal (Bengali). The notification informs shareholders about the commencement of the Second 100 Days Campaign called 'Saksham Niveshak', which will run until 9th July 2026. This initiative is part of an Investor Education and Protection Fund Authority (IEPFA) directive from the Ministry of Corporate Affairs dated 27th March 2026. The campaign encourages shareholders to update their KYC details, bank account information, PAN, nominations, and contact information. It also invites shareholders to claim any unclaimed dividends to prevent their shares and dividends from being transferred to the IEPF.
