Berger Paints' Registrar and Transfer Agent (RTA), CB Management Services Private Limited, has merged with MUFG Intime India Private Limited effective 8th May 2026. The amalgamation received approval from the Regional Director (WR) under Section 233 of the Companies Act, 2013, with the appointed date being 1st April 2025. CB Management was a wholly-owned subsidiary of MUFG Intime, and the merger aims to achieve economies of scale and reduce administrative costs. The new RTA, MUFG Intime India Private Limited (SEBI Registration No. INR000004058), will continue to provide seamless services to shareholders. The new email address for investor queries is Investor.helpdesk@intime-ms.mufg.com.
