Notice to shareholders: Unclaimed FY19 dividends to move to IEPF

Best Agrolife has published newspaper ads in Financial Express and Jansatta and sent letters to shareholders who did not claim the final dividend for FY2018-19. Under Section 124 of the Companies Act 2013, dividends unclaimed for 7 consecutive years must be transferred to the Investor Education and Protection Fund. Shareholders must claim by October 27, 2026, after which both unpaid dividends and corresponding shares will move to the IEPF Authority Demat Account.
