BF Investment Limited reported strong FY2026 results with standalone profit after tax of Rs 1,465.44 million (up 58% from Rs 924.79 million in FY2025). Consolidated PAT stood at Rs 2,820.10 million including substantial share of profits from associates and joint ventures (Rs 3,102.07 million). Total comprehensive income on consolidated basis was Rs 16,387.56 million. The Board recommended a final dividend of Rs 10 per equity share (200%) for FY2025-26, subject to shareholder approval. Additionally, the Board approved the re-appointment of Mr. Amit Kalyani as Non-Executive Non-Independent Director retiring by rotation. The auditor issued an unmodified opinion on the financial statements. Notably, the CEO and CFO positions are held by the same person (Akshay Jagtap), which is a combined role arrangement.
The company delivered robust growth driven primarily by dividend income and gains from its investment portfolio in associate companies like Kalyani Steels and Bharat Forge. The healthy dividend payout signals confidence. However, the combined CEO & CFO role may attract governance scrutiny from institutional investors.
