BF Investment Ltd reported strong audited financial results for FY ended March 2026. On a standalone basis, total income jumped 52% to Rs. 2,074.23 million, with PAT rising 58% to Rs. 1,465.44 million. Consolidated results showed total income of Rs. 778.84 million (up 24%) and PAT of Rs. 2,820.10 million (up 27%), boosted significantly by share of profit from associates and joint ventures (Rs. 3,102.07 million). The Board recommended a final dividend of Rs. 10 per share (200%) for FY 2025-26. Statutory auditors P G Bhagwat LLP issued an unmodified (clean) opinion on both standalone and consolidated financials. Exceptional items of Rs. 0.13 million were recorded due to new Labour Codes impact. The Board also approved re-appointment of Mr. Amit Kalyani as Non-Executive Director, subject to shareholder approval.
The strong 27% growth in consolidated PAT and clean audit opinion are positive signals for shareholders. The 200% dividend yield at Rs. 10 per share provides immediate returns. The company's investment income model continues to perform well, driven by dividends from group associates like Kalyani Steels and Automotive Axles.
