Bhageria Industries has informed exchanges about a pending legal case at the Securities Appellate Tribunal (SAT). Promoters, promoter group members, and directors had challenged an adjudication order passed by SEBI on March 31, 2023. SAT had already adjourned the matter multiple times and has now fixed the next hearing dates from July 28 to July 30, 2026, for final disposal. Importantly, the SEBI order dated March 31, 2023, remains stayed until the final disposal. This is a routine status update as required under SEBI listing regulations.
The stay on the SEBI order provides temporary relief to the promoters and directors as the enforcement of the original adjudication order is suspended. However, the final outcome remains uncertain pending SAT's disposal in July 2026.
