Bhageria Industries reported strong FY25 results with standalone revenue from operations rising 20.6% to Rs. 59,715.90 lakhs (vs Rs. 49,496.88 lakhs in FY24). Standalone profit after tax more than doubled to Rs. 4,226.54 lakhs (vs Rs. 1,962.40 lakhs), with basic EPS climbing to Rs. 9.68 from Rs. 4.50. The Chemicals segment drove growth with revenue of Rs. 50,431.30 lakhs, while the Pharma segment continued to report a loss of Rs. 563.52 lakhs. The Board recommended a final dividend of Rs. 1.50 per share (30% on face value of Rs. 5), subject to shareholder approval. Operating cash flow improved to Rs. 5,257.61 lakhs, and the auditor (Sarda & Pareek LLP) issued an unmodified opinion. New secretarial, internal, and cost auditors were also appointed.
The strong earnings growth, healthy dividend, and clean audit opinion are positive for shareholders. The sharp jump in profitability and improving operating cash flows signal strengthening business momentum, though the loss-making Pharma segment and declining year-end cash balance (Rs. 187.58 lakhs vs Rs. 424.37 lakhs) are minor watchpoints.
