Bhagyanagar India Limited published its audited standalone and consolidated financial results for Q4 and the full year ended March 31, 2025 in the newspaper. Standalone Q4 FY25 net profit jumped to Rs. 93.91 lakhs from Rs. 9.68 lakhs in Q4 FY24. However, full-year FY25 standalone net profit dropped sharply to Rs. 145.90 lakhs versus Rs. 3,934.03 lakhs in FY24, with standalone revenue collapsing from Rs. 77,174.17 lakhs to Rs. 918.74 lakhs, pointing to a major business restructuring where operations have shifted to subsidiaries. On a consolidated basis, FY25 revenue grew to Rs. 1,63,125.92 lakhs from Rs. 1,47,480.35 lakhs, but consolidated net profit declined to Rs. 1,401.81 lakhs from Rs. 4,572.37 lakhs. Standalone EPS fell to Rs. 0.46 from Rs. 12.30, while consolidated EPS dropped to Rs. 4.38 from Rs. 14.29.
The standalone numbers no longer reflect the true scale of the business due to likely restructuring, but the significant YoY drop in consolidated profit despite revenue growth signals margin pressure for shareholders. The board approved the results on May 20, 2025.
