Bhagyanagar India Limited has appointed Mr. Sanjay Singh Rathore (ICSI Membership No. ACS 66136) as its new Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, effective 30th March 2026. The appointment was made by the Board of Directors on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, in line with Section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013 and SEBI Listing Regulations.
