Bhansali Engineering Polymers reported Q1 FY26 (quarter ended 30 June 2025) standalone revenue from operations of Rs. 307.91 crores, down from Rs. 340.06 crores in Q1 FY25, with net profit of Rs. 46.73 crores versus Rs. 53.10 crores a year ago. EPS stood at Rs. 1.88 (standalone). The Board declared an interim dividend of Re.1 (100%) per share for FY 2025-26, with a record date of 20 August 2025 and payment on or before 29 August 2025. The 41st AGM is scheduled for 20 September 2025, with the register of members closed from 13 to 20 September. The Board also approved expanding ABS production capacity from 75,000 TPA to 100,000 TPA at Abu Road and Satnoor plants, costing Rs. 200 crores, targeted for completion by September 2026.
Despite a year-on-year decline in revenue and profits, the company is rewarding shareholders with a 100% interim dividend and signalling growth through a Rs. 200 crore capacity expansion. Shareholders on record by 12 September 2025 will be eligible for the final dividend 2024-25, and the capacity ramp-up should support future earnings once commissioned in late 2026.
