Bhansali Engineering Polymers reported FY25 standalone revenue from operations of ₹1,39,774 lakhs, up about 14.4% from ₹1,22,174 lakhs in FY24. Profit after tax was nearly flat at ₹17,982 lakhs versus ₹17,973 lakhs last year, as margins came under pressure with profit before tax margin slipping to around 17% from 19%. Q4 FY25 revenue rose to ₹34,494 lakhs but PAT dipped to ₹3,921 lakhs from ₹4,135 lakhs a year ago. The board has recommended a final dividend of Re. 1 per share (100%), taking total FY25 dividends to Re. 0.4 per share (400%) including three interim dividends already paid. Statutory auditor Azad Jain & Co issued an unmodified (clean) opinion on both standalone and consolidated results.
The results show decent top-line growth but flat bottom-line and margin compression, which may temper near-term investor enthusiasm. However, the 400% total dividend payout signals strong cash generation and shareholder rewards, supported by a debt-free balance sheet and ₹34,814 lakhs in cash and equivalents.
