Bharat Bhushan Finance & Commodity Brokers has completed its Rights Issue, allotting 33,80,400 fully paid-up equity shares at ₹10 per share (at par, no premium) to eligible shareholders and renouncees. The rights issue opened on June 16, 2025 and closed on July 7, 2025, with a 1:1 entitlement ratio (one rights share for every one share held). As a result, the company's paid-up equity share capital has doubled from ₹3.38 crore (33.80 lakh shares) to ₹6.76 crore (67.61 lakh shares). The allotment was finalized in coordination with the registrar (Alankit Assignments) and approved by BSE as the designated stock exchange.
Existing shareholders who did not renounce or subscribe will see their stake diluted since the share count doubled at par value. Without information on the deployment of the roughly ₹3.38 crore raised, the impact on earnings per share remains uncertain — fresh capital is only value-accretive if deployed productively.
