Bharat Coking Coal Limited has disclosed changes in its Senior Management Personnel under SEBI regulations. The filing covers transfer and postings of 10 executives across various areas of the company. Two executives (Shri Bishnu Kant Jha and Shri Satyakam Anand) will become SMP upon assuming their new charges as Area General Managers. Six existing SMPs (including Shri Vijay Kumar, Shri Sanjay Kumar Singh, Shri Arindam Mustafi, and others) have received change in postings within the company. One executive (Shri Sanjay Kumar) will cease to be SMP upon release from his current assignment. One executive (Shri Rajesh Kumar) will become SMP upon assumption of charge as HOD (WCD). All changes are internal transfers within the coal company's operations and will take effect from actual release and assumption of charge dates.
These are routine internal transfers and postings within the company's senior management. The changes do not involve resignations or external appointments at the top leadership level and are unlikely to have any significant impact on the stock price.
