Bharat Coking Coal Limited has announced the appointment of Shri Rajeev Kumar Sinha as Director (Technical) Project & Planning, effective 01.05.2026. The appointment was approved by the Hon'ble Minister of Coal, Government of India and subsequently ordered by Coal India Limited. Sinha is a Mining Engineering graduate from IIT (ISM) Dhanbad (1990) and holds an M.Tech in Environmental Science and Engineering (1995). He also holds a First Class Mine Manager's Certificate of Competency (1998). With over 34 years of extensive experience in the coal mining sector, he has served in various key positions in BCCL, CCL and CMPDI. He becomes a Director and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) of the company.
