Baord approves final dividend for the FY 2025-26

Bharat Dynamics Limited, a defence PSU, has declared a final dividend of Rs 0.40 per share (face value Rs 5 each) for FY 2025-26, pending shareholder approval at the AGM. An interim dividend of Rs 4.50 per share was already paid in February 2026, making total dividend for the year Rs 4.90 per share. The company reported FY2025-26 revenue of Rs 2,41,536 lakh, down significantly from Rs 3,32,307 lakh in the previous year. Profit before tax fell to Rs 56,782 lakh from Rs 74,876 lakh, and EPS declined to Rs 11.47 from Rs 14.99.
Despite lower profits and revenue in FY2025-26, the company maintained a total dividend of Rs 4.90 per share, which is a positive signal for income-focused investors. The dividend will be paid within 30 days of the AGM approval.
