BEL has published extracts of its audited standalone and consolidated financial results for Q4 FY2026 and the full year ended 31 March 2026. Standalone revenue from operations for Q4 stood at ₹10,17,717 lakhs (vs ₹9,11,971 lakhs in Q4 FY25), with net profit after tax of ₹2,20,316 lakhs and EPS of ₹3.01. For the full year, standalone revenue was ₹27,47,963 lakhs (up from ₹23,65,801 lakhs in FY25), with net profit after tax of ₹6,04,848 lakhs and EPS of ₹8.27. Consolidated figures are similar: full-year revenue of ₹27,61,011 lakhs and net profit after tax of ₹6,06,226 lakhs. The results were reviewed by the Audit Committee on 18 May and approved by the Board on 19 May 2026. The publication was made in Business Standard (English & Hindi) and Prajavani (Kannada).
