Bharat Gears Limited has invested approximately Rs. 1.27 crore in Hexa Energy HR5 Private Limited by purchasing 13,134 equity shares at Rs. 970 per share (face value Rs. 10). This gives the company a 29.55% stake in the paid-up share capital of Hexa Energy. The investment has been made to comply with applicable Electricity Laws, specifically to enable the purchase of solar power for the company's Faridabad and Mumbra units. This is a small strategic investment (about 1.27 crore) aimed at meeting regulatory requirements for sourcing solar power, rather than a major expansion move. Minimal direct impact on shareholders; indirectly supports the company's renewable energy compliance and may help with long-term power cost stability at its manufacturing units.
