Bharat Global Developers Ltd (formerly Kkrrafton Developers Ltd) announced results for Q2 FY26 (quarter ended 30 September 2025). Revenue from operations collapsed to Rs 616.42 lakhs from Rs 21,635.07 lakhs in the same quarter last year, a drop of about 97%. Half-yearly revenue fell to Rs 2,610.79 lakhs versus Rs 27,040.20 lakhs last year. Profit after tax for the quarter stood at Rs 16.85 lakhs (vs Rs 1,010.96 lakhs). Only the Agricultural Products segment generated any revenue this quarter; Construction Material, Gold, Textile and Electronics segments all reported zero sales. The board also noted the Limited Review Report by R.B. Gohil & Co. with no qualifications flagged in the extract. In a separate action, director Tahir Mustufa Masalawala resigned citing personal reasons, and Ketan Chavda was appointed as Additional Executive Director, both effective 20 November 2025.
The near-total revenue wipeout reflects that almost all business segments except agriculture have been wound down or are inactive, which is a major red flag for existing investors. The simultaneous exit of a director and a new appointment adds short-term governance uncertainty, though PAT remains marginally positive.
