Bharat Global Developers Ltd (formerly Kkrrafton Developers Ltd) reported standalone Q1 FY26 results with revenue from operations of Rs 19.94 crore, down sharply from Rs 54.05 crore in Q1 FY25 (a drop of about 63%). Total income stood at Rs 21.02 crore versus Rs 54.05 crore last year, lifted slightly by a jump in other income to Rs 1.08 crore from Rs 0.18 crore. Profit before tax fell to Rs 1.90 crore (from Rs 3.43 crore) and profit after tax declined to Rs 1.43 crore (from Rs 2.54 crore), translating to an EPS of Rs 0.14 versus Rs 0.26. Segment-wise, only the Agricultural Products business contributed revenue this quarter at Rs 19.94 crore, while Construction, Rough Diamond & Gold, and Textile segments reported zero revenue, a major shift from the year-ago quarter when four segments were active. The auditor K M Chauhan and Associates issued an unqualified limited review report.
Sharply lower revenue and PAT indicate weak quarter-on-quarter performance, with the company relying on just one segment (Agricultural Products) for top-line. Shareholders should watch for diversification back into other business segments, though profitability margins held up reasonably despite the steep revenue fall.
