BPCL has informed the stock exchanges about two changes in its senior management effective 1st June 2025. Two senior officials — P. V. Ravitej (Executive Director in charge of Bina Petrochemical & Refinery Expansion Project) and S. Srikanth (Chief General Manager, Vigilance) — retired from service on 31st May 2025 upon superannuation. To fill one of the vacant roles, Venkatraman P. Iyer has been appointed as Head of Vigilance, reporting to the Chief Vigilance Officer. Iyer holds a B.E. from K.J. Somaiya College and a PG Diploma in HR Management, and has previously handled various roles in Retail and HR at BPCL.
These are routine leadership transitions due to retirement and a planned internal appointment. No material impact on operations or shareholder value is expected, though the Bina Refinery expansion project will see a change in leadership oversight.
