Bharat Seats Limited reported strong FY26 results with full-year revenue growing 51% to Rs. 1,951 crore (FY25: Rs. 1,289 crore) and net profit up 29% to Rs. 422.3 crore. Annual EPS stands at Rs. 6.72 versus Rs. 5.21 in the prior year. Q4 standalone revenue was Rs. 574.3 crore with PAT of Rs. 132.5 crore. The Board approved capex of Rs. 86.61 crores for new Maruti Suzuki programmes at Kharkhoda and Gujarat plants. A dividend of Rs. 1.50 per share (75% on Rs. 2 face value) aggregating to Rs. 942 lakhs has been recommended, with July 17, 2026 as record date. The AGM is scheduled for July 24, 2026. Statutory auditors S.R. Batliboi & Co. LLP issued an unmodified opinion. The Income Tax Department demand was substantially reduced from Rs. 2,243.72 lakhs to Rs. 245.25 lakhs after appeals, with management confident of favorable outcome. Mr. Rishabh Relan has been recommended for re-appointment as Whole-time Director for 3 years from February 2027.
