Bharti Airtel reported consolidated Q2 FY26 revenue of Rs 52,145 crore, up 25.7% year-on-year and 5.4% sequentially, driven by strong growth in both India and Africa operations. India business revenue grew 22.6% YoY to Rs 38,145 crore equivalent, with the Homes segment surging 30.2% YoY and mobile ARPU rising to Rs 256 from Rs 233 a year ago. Consolidated EBITDA grew 35.9% YoY to Rs 29,919 crore with margins expanding to 57.4%, while net income (before exceptional items) jumped 73.6% YoY to Rs 6,792 crore. The company added 951,000 Homes customers in the quarter, taking total customers to about 624 million across 15 countries. Net debt to EBITDA improved sharply to 1.63x from 2.50x a year ago, reflecting continued deleveraging.
Broadly positive for shareholders — strong double-digit revenue and profit growth, expanding margins, record customer additions, and improving balance sheet signal healthy operational momentum. Capex of Rs 11,362 crore continues to support network expansion, while new launches like Airtel Cloud and the Perplexity partnership could support future growth.
