Bharti Airtel reported strong Q4 FY26 consolidated revenues of Rs 55,383 crore, up 15.7% YoY, driven by India and Africa operations. India revenue grew 7.7% YoY to Rs 39,566 crore, led by mobile ARPU improvement to Rs 257 (from Rs 245) and 37.3% YoY growth in the Homes segment. Consolidated EBITDA stood at Rs 32,038 crore with margin expanding 60 bps YoY to 57.8%, while India EBITDA margin reached 60.6%. Net income before exceptional items rose 38.7% YoY to Rs 7,245 crore. The company crossed 650 million customers milestone and raised capex to Rs 16,066 crore focused on 5G, fiber, and data centers. Net Debt to EBITDAaL ratio improved sharply to 0.79x from 1.86x YoY. The board recommended a final dividend of Rs 24 per share.
Bharti Airtel delivered a strong quarter with broad-based revenue growth, expanding margins, and significant deleveraging of the balance sheet. The improving ARPU and margin profile should be positive for the stock, though elevated capex remains a watch item.
