Bharti Hexacom reported Q4 FY26 revenues of Rs 2,414 crore, up 5.4% YoY, driven by mobile ARPU growth (Rs 242 to Rs 252) and a strong 65.3% YoY surge in Homes, Office and Other services revenue. EBITDA margin expanded 113 bps YoY to 54.4%, while net income before exceptional items rose 22.5% to Rs 466 crore. For the full year FY26, total revenues grew 9.4% to Rs 9,354 crore and net income jumped 43.8% to Rs 1,710 crore. The Net Debt (excl. lease obligations) to EBITDAaL ratio improved sharply to 0.44x from 0.87x YoY, reflecting strong deleveraging. The company added 1.2 million smartphone data customers over the year, with mobile data traffic up 30.9% YoY.
Bharti Hexacom delivered robust growth with margin expansion and a significantly stronger balance sheet. The dividend of Rs 18 per share and improving cash generation signal confidence in sustained performance, which is positive for shareholders.
