Bharti Hexacom reported full-year revenues of Rs 93,538 million, up 9.4% YoY, driven by mobile services growth (ARPU increased to Rs 252 from Rs 242) and strong performance in the Homes segment (revenue up 65.3% YoY). EBITDA stood at Rs 51,142 million with margin expansion of 305 bps to 54.2%. Profit after tax grew 16% to Rs 17,332 million (Rs 14,936 million prior year). The company recorded a net exceptional charge of Rs 337 million (vs a net gain of Rs 2,126 million in FY25). Net Debt excluding lease obligations reduced sharply from Rs 36,890 million to Rs 20,301 million. The Board recommended a final dividend of Rs 18 per share (face value Rs 5). Deloitte issued an unmodified audit opinion.
