Bharti Hexacom reported FY26 revenues of Rs 9,354 crore, up 9.4% YoY driven by mobile ARPU improvement (Rs 252 vs Rs 242) and strong Homes segment growth of 65.3% YoY. Q4 revenue was Rs 2,414 crore, up 5.4% YoY. Full-year EBITDA margin expanded 305 bps to 54.2%. Full-year PAT grew 16% to Rs 1,733 crore (vs Rs 1,494 crore), with Q4 PAT at Rs 447 crore. EPS for FY26 stands at Rs 34.66. The Board recommended a final dividend of Rs 18 per share (subject to shareholder approval). Net Debt (excluding leases) improved significantly to Rs 20,301 crore with Net Debt to EBITDAaL ratio at 0.44x. The auditor issued an unmodified opinion. Exceptional items of Rs 337 crore (net) were recorded for the year, primarily related to government levies.
