Bharti Hexacom reported Q4 FY26 revenues of Rs 2,414 crore, up 5.4% YoY, driven by 3.8% growth in mobile services and a strong 65.3% YoY surge in Homes/Office services. Mobile ARPU improved to Rs 252 from Rs 242. EBITDA grew 7.7% YoY to Rs 1,314 crore with margin expanding 113 bps to 54.4%. Net income before exceptional items rose 22.5% to Rs 466 crore. For the full year FY26, revenues reached Rs 9,354 crore (+9.4% YoY) and net income was Rs 1,710 crore (+43.8% YoY). The Net Debt to EBITDAaL ratio improved significantly to 0.44 times from 0.87 previously, indicating stronger balance sheet. The company added 1.2 million smartphone data customers and 148K homes customers in the quarter. Board recommended a final dividend of Rs 18 per share.
