Bhartiya International Limited has appointed Mr. N Balasubramanian as Business Head – Outerwear, effective 3rd November 2025, on a full-time employment basis. He brings over 30 years of experience in international marketing, merchandising, and business development within the apparel industry. In his earlier roles, he served as Business Head and Vice President at major export houses like Shahi, LT Karle, and Arvind, and managed key accounts with global retailers such as PVH, Target, American Eagle, Marks & Spencer, Columbia Sportswear, and Primark. He has led marketing teams across India, Bangladesh, and the US. The disclosure is being made under SEBI LODR Regulation 30 read with Schedule III.
