Bhavik Enterprises Ltd resubmitted its half-yearly results for September 30, 2025 after it was discovered that one page of Notes to Financial Results was accidentally left out of the original filing on November 10, 2025. The numbers themselves are unchanged. Revenue from operations rose 15.97% to Rs 29,427.97 lakhs from Rs 25,376.46 lakhs a year ago. However, profit after tax fell sharply to Rs 426.43 lakhs from Rs 655.14 lakhs, a decline of about 35%. Operating cash flow turned sharply negative at Rs (1,519.62) lakhs for the period. The company recently completed its IPO on September 30, 2025 raising Rs 6,300 lakhs (net Rs 5,460 lakhs) and listed on BSE SME platform on October 6, 2025.
The revision is purely a clerical fix and does not change any reported numbers. However, the underlying business shows margin pressure despite revenue growth, and the large gap between foreign currency liabilities (Rs 8,072 lakhs) and assets (Rs 543 lakhs) means the stock is sensitive to rupee movement. Negative operating cash flow in both H1 FY26 and full FY25 is a watchpoint for shareholders.
