BHEL has informed the stock exchanges that Ms. Aruna Gulati, who was serving as General Manager and Head (CSM & CC) in New Delhi reporting to the Chairman and Managing Director, has transitioned out of senior management with effect from March 25, 2026. She has been re-designated as General Manager (Operations) at SBD, Bengaluru, and will now report to the Head of SBD, Bengaluru. The change is on account of internal transfer and re-allocation of work, not a resignation or new hiring.
