BHEL announced changes in its senior management effective 25th September 2025. Two senior officials, Shri V Shrinivas Rao and Shri Ajay Kumar, have been appointed as General Managers & Heads, reporting to the Director (Power). Both are long-serving internal employees with 33 and 35 years of service at BHEL, respectively. Separately, two Executive Directors — Shri Pankaj Rastogi and Shri Praveen Kishore — superannuated (retired) from the company on 24th September 2025.
