BHEL has filed copies of newspaper clippings containing its audited financial results for the quarter and full year ended 31st March 2025 with the stock exchanges. The results were published in The Hindu Business Line (English) and Hari Bhoomi (Hindi) on 17th May 2025, as required under listing rules. Key figures from the published results show full-year revenue rose to about ₹28,339 crore from ₹23,893 crore in the previous year, a growth of roughly 19%. Full-year profit before tax jumped sharply to around ₹725 crore from ₹220 crore, more than tripling year-on-year. Earnings per share for the year nearly doubled to ₹1.47 from ₹0.75.
This is a routine compliance filing of results that were already announced, so it is unlikely to move the stock on its own. However, the underlying numbers point to a meaningful recovery in BHEL's profitability, which is a positive signal for shareholders watching for a sustained turnaround.
