Bijoy Hans designates Audit Committee as TCWG; adopts communication policy

Bijoy Hans Ltd's Board, via circular resolution dated April 28, 2026, designated its Audit Committee as the Those Charged with Governance (TCWG) per NFRA's January 7, 2026 circular. The committee will oversee all audit-related communications with statutory auditors. CFO Ranganath Abhiram was appointed as Nodal Officer. The Board also adopted a Policy on Statutory Auditor–TCWG Two-Way Communication Framework. Audit Committee: Mr. Rahul Mayur (Chairperson), Mr. Brijesh Biyani, and Mr. Kaushal Shah.
