Bikaji Foods reported FY25 revenue growth of 14.6% (net of PLI) with 10.3% volume growth. Q4 saw strong recovery from Q3 challenges, with standalone gross margin improving to 30.2% from 26%, and consolidated gross margin at 31.8%. Ethnic snacks grew 12%, western snacks bounced back with 17.7% growth, papad grew 11.9%, and packaged sweets 13.2% for the full year. Distribution crossed 3.11 lakh direct outlets (vs. 3 lakh target). Management guided FY26 volume growth of 12-13%, expects to return to original gross margin (32.5% target) by Q2 FY26, and shared a steady-state EBITDA target of ~15% over the next 4-5 years. Acquired brands THF and Ariba targeted at INR90 crores and INR50 crores revenue respectively in FY26. Capex of INR60-65 crores planned for a new Bikaner warehouse.
Positive for shareholders — the call signals a clear recovery from Q3 with margin expansion returning and concrete multi-year growth targets (15% CAGR, 11.5-12% market share ambition). Stock may get a lift on the visibility of margin normalization by Q2 FY26 and the volume growth guidance of 12-13% for FY26.
