Bilcare Limited has published its unaudited financial results for the quarter and nine months ended 31 December 2025 in newspapers, as required under SEBI Listing Regulations. On a consolidated basis, total income from operations fell to ₹186.46 crore in Q3 FY26 from ₹201.57 crore a year ago, while the nine-month figure dropped to ₹561.42 crore from ₹605.10 crore. However, the consolidated net loss after tax narrowed to ₹(12.81) crore in Q3 FY26 from ₹(16.25) crore, and to ₹(45.89) crore for 9M FY26 from ₹(61.20) crore. Consolidated EPS improved to ₹(9.39) from ₹(12.57) for the nine-month period. On a standalone basis, the company posted a profit after tax of ₹2.71 crore in Q3 FY26 versus ₹1.80 crore, with 9M FY26 standalone profit rising sharply to ₹7.34 crore from ₹0.63 crore a year earlier.
The company remains loss-making at the consolidated level with declining revenues, but losses are narrowing year-on-year, which is a mildly positive signal. Standalone profitability has improved meaningfully, though the overall weak top-line and continued consolidated losses may keep the stock under pressure.
