Bilcare Limited has published its unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended 30 September 2025 in newspapers, in line with SEBI's listing regulations. On a consolidated basis, revenue came in at Rs 182.52 crore in Q2 FY26, down from Rs 205.65 crore in Q2 FY25, while the net loss narrowed slightly to Rs 23.32 crore from Rs 29.93 crore a year ago. For H1 FY26, consolidated revenue declined to Rs 374.96 crore (vs Rs 403.53 crore in H1 FY25), but the net loss improved meaningfully to Rs 33.08 crore from Rs 44.95 crore. On a standalone basis, the parent turned profitable with a net profit of Rs 1.04 crore in Q2 and Rs 4.63 crore in H1 FY26, compared to a loss of Rs 1.17 crore in H1 FY25. The wide gap between standalone profits and consolidated losses indicates that subsidiaries continue to drag down overall group performance.
Investors should note the contrasting picture: standalone operations are now profitable, but consolidated revenue is shrinking and subsidiaries remain in the red. Until subsidiary-level performance improves, the stock is unlikely to see a strong re-rating despite the narrowing of consolidated losses.
