Groww Q1 FY27 profit nearly doubles YoY to Rs 735 crores

Groww reported strong Q1 FY27 (quarter ended June 30, 2026) results. Consolidated revenue from operations rose 66% YoY to Rs 1,501 crores, and net profit jumped about 94% YoY to Rs 735 crores versus Rs 378 crores. Basic EPS stood at Rs 1.19. Standalone profit was Rs 555 crores on revenue of Rs 953 crores. Board also approved reclassifying authorised capital to all-equity of Rs 5,000 crores (subject to shareholder nod) and appointed Ernst and Young LLP as internal auditor for FY27. No deviation reported in IPO fund use; Rs 862 crores of Rs 1,016 crores utilised.
