Billwin Industries, listed on the BSE SME platform, has informed the stock exchange that Regulation 24A of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, which requires an Annual Secretarial Compliance Report, is not applicable to it for the financial year ended 31 March 2026. Under Regulation 15(2) of SEBI LODR, companies listed on the SME exchange are exempted from this and several other corporate governance compliance requirements. The letter is signed by Managing Director Subrata Dey.
