Bimetal Bearings filed its FY2025-26 Annual Report after the 65th AGM held on 20 July 2026 via video conferencing. Shareholders approved a dividend of Rs.13.50 per share totalling Rs.5.16 crore. The AGM also approved the reappointment of Chairman A. Krishnamoorthy (aged over 75) via special resolution, ratified the cost auditor remuneration of Rs.1.25 lakh, and cleared material related party transactions with joint venture BBL Daido Private Limited up to Rs.50 crore for the next 15 months.
