Bimetal Bearings filed with BSE a copy of its newspaper publication of audited financial results for the year ended 31 March 2026. The results appeared in The New Indian Express and Dinamani on 29 May 2026, and were adopted by the Board on 27 May 2026. Standalone total income from operations rose to about Rs 30,204 lakhs from Rs 24,464 lakhs in the previous year, a growth of around 23 percent. The Board has recommended a final dividend of 135 percent, equal to Rs 13.50 per share, for FY26 subject to shareholder approval.
