Binayak Tex Processors Limited reported strong Q2 FY26 results with total income from operations rising to Rs. 6,860.33 lakhs from Rs. 5,942.94 lakhs in Q2 FY25, a growth of about 15%. Net profit after tax jumped sharply to Rs. 94.65 lakhs from Rs. 35.11 lakhs in the year-ago quarter, nearly tripling year-on-year. Pre-tax profit also rose to Rs. 170.18 lakhs versus Rs. 49.99 lakhs last year. Basic and diluted EPS stood at Rs. 13.31 versus Rs. 4.94 in Q2 FY25. The results were approved by the Board on 14th November 2025 and reviewed by statutory auditors Sundarlal, Desai & Kanodia, who issued an unqualified limited review report.
Sharp year-on-year jump in profits signals improved operational performance and margin expansion, which is positive for shareholders. However, revenue growth of around 15% was modest, so the rally is largely earnings-led rather than topline-driven.
