Birla Precision Technologies' Board, which met on February 13, 2026, approved the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for Q3 and nine months ended December 31, 2025. On a standalone basis, Q3 revenue rose to ₹5,928.74 lakhs from ₹5,362.86 lakhs a year earlier, with profit after tax turning around to ₹128.98 lakhs versus a loss of ₹26.30 lakhs in Q3 FY25. For the nine-month period, standalone net profit grew sharply to ₹683.01 lakhs from ₹204.89 lakhs. Consolidated Q3 revenue stood at ₹6,149.99 lakhs with a net profit of ₹150.93 lakhs. The Board also withdrew its earlier proposal to close wholly owned German subsidiary Birla Precision Technologies GmbH, meaning the unit will continue operations. An additional one-time gratuity charge of ₹4.08 crore was booked this quarter due to India's new Labour Codes.
Strong year-on-year profit recovery in both standalone and consolidated numbers should be viewed positively by shareholders, though the one-time Labour Code gratuity hit weighed on Q3 margins. The decision to keep the German subsidiary open signals management sees long-term value in it, but investors should watch how it contributes going forward.
