BirlaNu Limited (formerly HIL Limited) announced audited FY25 standalone results with revenue from operations of Rs. 2,310 crore (up 3.5% YoY from Rs. 2,231 crore) and net profit of Rs. 90.96 crore (down from Rs. 102.98 crore in FY24). The Board recommended a final dividend of Rs. 30 per share (300%) for FY25, subject to shareholder approval. Three senior management changes were announced: Mr. N. Sesha Srinivas appointed as new CHRO (replacing Ms. Surbhi Bist Puri, who steps down as CHRO/SMP and will serve notice period as VP-HR until July 4, 2025), Mr. Y Srinivasa Rao as Chief Business Officer – Walls, and Mr. Rajesh Rajan as Chief Information Officer. The corporate guarantee limit for German subsidiary HIL International GmbH was raised from EUR 35M to EUR 45M. M/s. Ranjeet Pandey & Associates was appointed as Secretarial Auditor for 5 years. Statutory auditors B S R and Co issued an unmodified opinion on the results.
Revenue growth is modest while net profit declined YoY partly because the prior year had a higher one-time exceptional gain. The 300% final dividend signals healthy cash distribution to shareholders. The senior management reshuffle – all three new appointees joining from Orient Cement – suggests a strategic leadership refresh that investors will track closely. Corporate guarantee hike for the German subsidiary indicates continued funding support for the Parador business.
