Bizotic Commercial has re-filed its audited financial results for the year ended 31 March 2025 with BSE after correcting a formatting issue (Statement of Assets & Liabilities) flagged by the exchange. Revenue from operations rose about 55% year-on-year to Rs. 11,080.43 lacs, up from Rs. 7,142.60 lacs. Profit after tax grew roughly 23% to Rs. 379.68 lacs (from Rs. 308.38 lacs), lifting EPS to Rs. 4.72 from Rs. 3.84. Operating cash flow swung sharply positive at Rs. 302.20 lacs versus a Rs. 2,608.47 lacs outflow last year. The statutory auditor, J. Singh & Associates, issued an unmodified (clean) opinion and the board did not recommend a dividend.
The numbers themselves are encouraging — strong revenue growth, improved profitability and a major turnaround in operating cash flow. However, the original filing had to be pulled back and re-submitted due to a format error, which may dent confidence in the company's disclosure controls. EBITDA margin dipped slightly (from about 6.8% to 6.2%) even as topline surged, hinting at rising input costs that investors should watch.
