Bizotic Commercial Ltd has informed the BSE that Ms. Bhavika Jain has resigned from the post of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer (a Key Managerial Personnel role) with effect from the close of business hours on 31 January 2026, citing her decision to pursue an alternate career opportunity outside the organisation. The Board accepted her resignation at its meeting held on 31 January 2026. At the same meeting, the Board approved the appointment of Ms. Sapna Sushil Saini as the new Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, also effective 31 January 2026. Ms. Saini is an Associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India with expertise in compliance, governance, and legal areas. The change is a like-for-like KMP transition with no gap in the role.
