BKV Industries Limited (BSE: 519500) held its 32nd AGM on 17 September 2025 in Guntur, where all three ordinary resolutions were passed with near-unanimous shareholder approval. The resolutions covered: (1) adoption of the standalone audited financial statements for FY ended 31 March 2025, (2) re-appointment of Smt. Bommidala Anitha (DIN: 00112766) as a director retiring by rotation, and (3) appointment of M/s K. Srinivasa Rao & Co. as secretarial auditors for a 5-year term from FY2025-26 to FY2029-30. Of the 16,873 shareholders on record date, 40 attended in person/proxy. Out of 1,54,48,584 total outstanding shares, 1,08,47,534 shares (70.2%) were polled, and every resolution received 100% votes in favour with zero invalid votes. The scrutinizer, CS K. Srinivasa Rao (FCS-5599), certified the results on 19 September 2025.
All three ordinary resolutions sailed through with overwhelming support, including near-total backing from the promoter group (99.7% of their shares voted in favour). The re-appointment of the director and the 5-year secretarial auditor appointment indicate board continuity with no governance disruption for retail shareholders.
