Black Box Limited has informed the exchanges that the trading window for dealing in company securities by insiders, designated persons, and their immediate relatives will be closed from July 1, 2026. The closure is in line with SEBI insider trading regulations and applies ahead of the financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026.
