Black Box Limited has completed its acquisition of 2S Inovações Tecnológicas S.A., a Brazilian digital infrastructure company headquartered in São Paulo. The deal, effective May 1, 2026, is expected to add approximately Rs. 500 crores in annualized revenues. 2S Inovações specializes in data center networking, cloud, cybersecurity, and managed technology solutions.
