BlackBuck reported FY26 total income of Rs 715 crore (55% YoY growth) with EBITDA of Rs 190 crore (84% YoY) and first full year PAT of Rs 160 crore. Q4 adjusted EBITDA was Rs 50.2 crore (30% YoY growth). The company serves ~8.5 lakh monthly transacting customers representing 25-30% of Indian truckers. Core businesses grew 30% YoY in Q4 driven by tolling (27% GTV growth vs industry 16%) and strong telematics/AIS sales. Growth businesses (vehicle finance, super loads) grew ~300% YoY. Management flagged short-term headwinds from West Asia conflict impacting truck movement and temporary OMC loyalty program suspension affecting fuel business, but stressed these are non-structural. Vehicle finance (Rs 600 crore AUM) expected to become self-sustaining by FY27 end. Operating leverage in core businesses remains intact with EBITDA approximating free cash flow.
Strong profitability turnaround achieved while management continues investing for long-term scale. Near-term margin pressure expected as growth businesses consume cash, but core business operating leverage is intact. Short-term headwinds from geopolitical factors and fuel program suspension may drag Q1-Q2 growth.
