Indo-MIM, a precision engineering and metal injection moulding company, allocated 2.35 crore equity shares worth Rs 1,141 crore to anchor investors for its Rs 3,811 crore IPO, with a price band of Rs 461-485 per share. Marquee institutional investors including BlackRock, Prashant Jain-backed 3P India, Government Pension Fund Global, Goldman Sachs, Amansa Holdings, and leading domestic mutual funds participated, with 23 domestic mutual funds through 60 schemes receiving 55.98% of anchor allocation. The company, which has the world's largest installed MIM capacity with 15 manufacturing facilities across India, the US, the UK, and Mexico, reported FY26 revenue of Rs 4,320.70 crore (up 28.1% YoY) and PAT of Rs 533.54 crore (up 25.9%), valued at about 45x P/E on FY26 earnings.
